About

I have been covering American sports since 1990, accumulating a vast amount of information as well as knowledge on the subject. For a majority of the years I worked for the Sing Tao Daily of North America based in San Francisco. My duty of covering sports varies from editing, translating, reporting , commentating and training sports translators. My readers reached as far as Los Angeles, New York and Vancouver B.C. Since World Cup 2006 I have been working as a freelance writer for the World Journal of North America based in New York which allows me the flexibility to showcase my writing skill. The Sing Tao Daily and the World Journal are the two major Chinese language newspaper in North America. The headquarter of the Sing Tao Daily is in Hong Kong and that of the World Journal is in Taipei.

This website is set up to further my interest in American sports and to share my knowledge and insight of which with Chinese sports fans all over America as well as other parts of the world. My articles appear regularly in the World Journal in the column “Sports 360″and I also write a blog on www.wjtalk.com.
